the hotel is conveniently situated near the old town of Genoa and charming boutiques. the rooms have a cozy design and are newly remodeled, making them very comfortable. 3. the beds are really comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. 4. the property is perfectly located in a local square, offering a great starting point to explore the city.

We had a fantastic time at a perfect starting point in the heart of the old town. Marco, our host at Genova Dei Rolli B&B, was incredibly helpful and provided us with all the necessary information. the room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a short stay. the location couldn't have been better - right next to all the sights and restaurants in the centro historica. We loved exploring the vertical city and enjoying the stunning views over Genoa. The suburb of Nervi, with its parks and art galleries, was just a short train ride away, and we enjoyed a lovely passeggiata along the coast. Cons: Everything was spot on! 👌.

I stayed here for 5 nights and it was an absolute 10/10 experience. the room was really nicely decorated and had all the amenities I needed like central heating, a safe, and a TV with lots of channels, just like in the photos. the staff was super helpful and even assisted with carrying my bags 👍.

The rooms at Genova Dei Rolli B&B are so cozy and comfortable. I loved how some of them have a seating area - perfect for just relaxing and unwinding after a long day of exploring. The private bathrooms were great too, and they even had a bidet! The free toiletries and hairdryer were a nice touch. And the best part? All rooms have a flat-screen TV!

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the bidet in the bathroom. But hey, that's just me!

Great place to stay, always come back. Staff helped me with a room problem even at night. Has all I need - Wi-Fi, pets allowed, A/C, no smoking. Coming back this weekend.

Marco's B&B was exceptional - modern, clean, and beautifully refurbished. The location in the old town was fantastic, and Marco himself was an excellent host. He went above and beyond, providing great recommendations for things to do and restaurants to visit. The facilities were fantastic, and the breakfast was great. Marco and his wife were always accommodating and willing to help out. a wonderful experience.
